The system is intended for individuals, distributors and repairers of PERLES tools. The customer can log in as a guest or create their own account. As the system is connected to the information system of ATech d.o.o., each new user account must be set up by the PERLES product manager. If the user will set up a new account or an unauthorized person will set it up, it is likely that the orders will not be transferred to the information system ATech d.o.o. and will therefore not be properly realized. We are not responsible for orders entered by unauthorized users!
2. User registration
After setting up a user account, you will soon receive a password reset notification in your e-mail. We recommend that you store it in a suitable place so that you do not forget it.
3. Enter the online store
With the assigned username and password, you can now access the online store anywhere. At the top of the page on the right you have the option to log in / register. Enter your username and password if you already have an account. Clicking on the application will open your personal profile, through which you will be able to shop in our online store.
4. Content and sub-content
In addition to searching for items and ordering, you can also find various other content on the website, namely: · About us · Support · Media · Your profile - You can find and edit personal data by clicking on the My Account link.
5. Search for items
You can use three options to search for products: · Browser (1) - search using phrases, titles, codes · Selection bar (2) · Click on the picture of the group of articles (3)
6. Selecting and Adding Selected Items to Cart
You can select an item from the list, or you can click on the item number in the drawing and the selected item will automatically be displayed below the drawing. For a more detailed description, click on the item name. Enter the desired quantity for the selected item and add it to the cart by clicking on the cart icon. Repeat the process for all the items you would like to buy. Alternatively, you can enter the quantities of several items from the list first and then click on the "Add to cart" icon below. You can review the contents of your shopping cart at any time by clicking on the "Your shopping cart" icon in the upper right corner of the website.
7. Your cart - an overview of selected items
In the basket you will find an overview of selected items and the possibility of removing and adding products and correcting quantities. The overview shows us the selected items, the description, the item codes, the selected quantity and the option to delete the entire line from the cart. To change the product quantities, change the number next to the product and press ENTER on the keyboard. In the lower part, you also have the option to continue shopping if you would like to add new items to your cart. When you have finished adding and changing quantities, click the "Checkout" icon to complete your purchase and place your order.
8. Review and confirm the order
As you proceed to the checkout, you will see an overview of the items in the order and the option to add notes to the order. You also have the option to change the delivery address, delivery method, invoice address and payment method that were entered into our system during registration. We recommend that you use the default settings here. At the bottom you will also see the option "Back to cart", in case you want to return to the shopping cart. If you are satisfied with your purchase and agree with all the terms of business, continue by clicking on the "Order Confirmation" icon. When you confirm the order, the system will notify you of the successful completion of the order and thank you for the purchase. Here you will again see a list of ordered items and delivery addresses and invoices.
9. Receive notification of the shipment sent to your email address
You will receive a purchase notification at the e-mail address provided when ordering. The notice includes the number of your order, a list of addresses and a list of ordered items with quantities, descriptions and codes. With the link included, you also have the option to review the status of your order.
10. Further processing
Orders entered through the system for ordering tools and spare parts are treated as official orders by the customer and are automatically imported into the information system ATech d.o.o. In the first phase, the order will be confirmed "manually".
